House Rules

- Check in: From 3pm.
- Check out: 10 am or before
- Exclusion of liability: We do not control the buildings in which the apartment is located. Accordingly, you agree that we are in no way liable for any damage caused to you or your goods by a fault with the building, whether the damage is caused in the common area, or in the apartment.
- Keys: Loss security FOBS or any key provided to you will result in $100 deduction from your bond per item lost.
- Parties: Parties, loud and large gatherings or disruptive behaviour of any kind are absolutely prohibited. In consideration of other tenants/residents, you must not make excessive noise in the apartment or public areas. If you hold any type of party, you agree to pay us the deposit.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. If you smoke in the apartment, you authorise us to deduct from your deposit, $75 to apply towards having the apartment and furnishings deodorised.
- Pets: Animals of any kind are not permitted. The security deposit will not be refunded upon evidence of pets occupying the premises
- Once off extra cleaning fee SURCHARGE when guest leaves the apartment in very bad conditions and extra cleaning is required.
- After the check-in if you forget the keys inside the apartment and you request us to come to let you in again, there will be a once off AU$20 surcharge.

The space
The apartment is really modern with two spacious bedrooms with comfortable and high quality double and queen mattress (linen and towels are provided), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery, washing machine, air conditional and big balcony.

Guest interaction
We will meet you when you arrive to present keys and show you the apartment. However, in some cases we are not able to meet guests so we will make alternative arrangements and effective solutions to hand over the apartment keys to you. (no additional charges). We can also provide porta-cot upon request (Free of charge). Please note that cot's linen and blanket are not provided. This apartment does not include parking.
Getting around
The public transport could not be easier with Southern Cross Station and Flagstaff Station along with city trams which are just at the entry of the building giving you easy access to all Melbourne has to offer. But with work, shopping, entertainment and recreation precincts all a short walk away, chances are you may never need them. Take your choice from the best fresh produce, laneway cafés, cool designer bars or trendy retail outlets.
