House Rules

- Check in: Check-in time is from 3pm. One day prior please let us know your check in day time.

- Check out: Check out time is 10am or before. If you plan to leave the property before to this time, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your checkout. Keys must be left INSIDE THE PROPERTY in the cutlery drawer.
***Note: Any OVERSTAY past 10am WITHOUT prior approval from us will result in a minimum CHARGE OF $35 every half hour.

- Identification: We reserve the right to request government recognised identification before check-in and refusal will result in immediate cancellation.

- Keys: Loss security FOBS or any key provided to you will result in $130 deduction from your bond per item lost.

- After check-in, if guest forgets the keys inside the apartment and guest requests us to come to let guest in again, there will be a once off AU$35 surcharge after 5pm, and $60 after 10pm, and lastly, $90 after 11.59pm.

- Parties: Parties, loud and large gatherings or disruptive behaviour of any kind are absolutely prohibited. In consideration of other tenants/residents, you must not make excessive noise in the apartment or public areas. If you hold any type of party, you agree to pay us the deposit.

- Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment. If you smoke in the apartment, you authorise us to deduct from your deposit $150 to apply towards having the apartment and furnishings deodorised.

- Extra cleaning: Once off extra cleaning fee SURCHARGE when guest leaves the apartment in very very BAD conditions and extra cleaning is required.

- Exclusion of liability: We do not control the buildings in which the apartment is located. Accordingly, you agree that we are in no way liable for any damage caused to you or your goods by a fault with the building, whether the damage is caused in the common area, or in the apartment.

- Damage to items: If you discover anything that has been damaged within the apartment, this must be reported immediately to avoid this being charged from your deposit. If you are responsible for any damage, please also report this immediately so we can collectively determine the best course of action and replacement. You will be liable for the repair or replacement costs of any item within the property that is damaged during the course of your stay, including but not limited to the cost of the item itself, any delivery fees, any disposal costs, and labour costs.

- Additional person: Any additional persons occupying the property above the listed number on your booking are not permitted. If you wish to have another person stay with you during your reservation, you must let us know first as all guests must be registered with the building management for security purposes.

- Pets: Animals of any kind are not permitted. The security deposit will not be refunded upon evidence of pets occupying the premises

- Guests should clean up dishes if cooking (you can use the dishwasher). Guests should leave the apartment in a neat manner. All lights and air conditioner switched off before leaving the place.

- Enjoy the stay, the most important rule :)

Guest interaction
We will meet you when you arrive to present keys and show you the apartment. However, in some cases we are not able to meet guests so we will make alternative arrangements and effective solutions to hand over the apartment keys to you. (no additional charges). We can also provide porta-cot upon request (Free of charge). Please note that cot's linen and blanket are not provided. This apartment does not include parking.
